What happened to everyone? I only see a few of the regulars that used to fill my friends page. Did I miss something while I was away? Kinda sucks, really. But I can't blame them really. I disappeared for awhile to. I'm just curious.

twas a sad day, but a good day. My parents left this afternoon to head back to the frozen north. Sad, cause I'll really miss my dad and mom. Good because now I don't have so many other responsibilities on me.

However, they did leave me with a messy house and a lot of shit to take care of. But besides that, my dad left me with a couple presents, in the form of: 1 new Hitatchi table saw, A router and stand w/ bits, a new tape measure, a new 4ft level 4 sheets of 3/4 double sided oak laminated ply wood and a sheet of MDF. Awesome. I've been wanting to try my hand at designing and building furniture. So, heres my chance :) whoo hoo.

So on to the fun stuff... Party at my place. just don't know when yet.

As it turns out, there was a hell of a snow storm in Ohio. So my parents decided to stay here and leave on Monday. Much to my dismay, I have to work all of those days that they are still here :( On a brighter note, I think that I'll get off work early tomorrow to hang out with them.

Once they're gone I have some furniture to build, closets to organize, wood to cut, paint to slather, things to screw (heh) and stuff to nail (teehee) and cleaning to do. Once all of that is accomplished I will be ready to plan my next little gathering of peoples over at my place.

As of right now I'm planning a little pot luck with my course being the main. Perhaps Panang curry and ribs. But we'll see how all that goes.

Also stay tuned for my first annual "I'm getting rid of tons of shit for free, but any donation would be appreciated" Like it sounds, I just want some stuff gone. It's good stuff that will serve anyone nicely. I don't really want to deal with selling it and all the hassles that come with, so it's free... if you would like to give me little donation I would be thankful. If not, well enjoy and go forth with my blessing.

Things that will be up on the block are stuff like a 5 piece set of computer surround speakers, computer processors, various computer parts and components, some cool books, probably some kitchen shizzle, my last remaining brain cell and whatever else I find around here thats just taking up space.

Hello everyone. I'm back from the dead, so to speak. It's been a wacky ride and that would relate to my absence in all of your lives. :( sorry. Where to start... My mom has been staying here for quite awhile now and that contributed to my sudden disappearance. It's been stressful to say the least. I also found a little part time job till I start school. Part time being a loose term considering that I work almost 40 hours a week, and they're usually till around 1:30 or 2 in the AM. Which has also contributed to my absence.

I have a cat now. The puppy didn't work out so well since my mothers medical limitations basically put me on house arrest to take care of her and him. So he's gone to a new home now. Enter, the cat. He's a sweet little Seal Point Ragdoll named Sky and is abso-fuckin-lutely the most adorable little terror. Also being that I don't have to constantly chew/piss/shit monitor the cat, as I did with the dog, it works out much better.

So, well skip to the last chapter which ends like this: My dad has been here for the last 4 days and I've spent pretty much all of my time visiting with him. My mom has to go back to Michigan for another cancer procedure. They leave on Friday. It's unfortunate and sad that they are leaving, but I could really use the break from it all. Also, that means that I can try to return to my previous life and friends without having the constant obligation and responsibility of my mothers care and entertainment hanging over me.

On a more personal and medical note, I have been feeling really disconnected and depressed recently. I couldn't sleep and always felt exhausted. So I went to a psychiatrist and was prescribed some Zoloft, and a few other meds for sleep. I feel much better now and I'm happy, sleeping well, and not so negative all the time. Things are turning around, I think.

That said, if anyone still wants to hang out with me, I should start having time for gatherings/hangouts, and all of you that I've missed for that last few months.

Dallas Dating

I lost last night :( It was a hard fought battle with djenigma h2openguin sirinek and tigerlilly I have come to the conclusion that h2openguin is my arch nemesis at Uno. Profanities flew, cards were dealt, laughter and fun ensued. Good times. I look forward to the next battle, with a lust for domination.

It looks so familiar but I just can't seem to figure it out. Everyone I've ever asked says the same thing. No one can tell me remember where they saw it or what it's called. Maybe you all will have better luck.

I got back last night from Michigan. Man, what a long drive that is. I'm still suffering from highway fatigue. Which brings me to my first question: Does anyone ever get kinda funky feeling when driving 10+ hours? On a long drive sometimes I start to get kinda weird feeling with a swimmy head and stuff. Even a little dizzy when I get out and move around. I can only describe it as the feeling you would get after being on a boat all day or when you're drunk and lay down and you feel like everything is still moving.

Strange.

Question two: Does anyone know if the Thrashers still do the jersey switch thing? They used to give you a Thrashers jersey if you gave them your jersey from another team. Just curious cause I bought a cheap Red Wings jersey to swap at a game here.

Wow. It's cold up here. I guess I've lost my northern tolerance. I can live with that though :) The leaves already turned and Michigan is gaining is pre-frigid look of barren blandness. I'm gonna try my hand at taking some panoramic pictures of the joint tomorrow. This should be interesting without a tripod.

Xbox galore! I got my mom and dad addicted to Forza motorsports. My dad is pretty good at it, actually. I think it comes from his days chasing crooks around in a cop car. My friend Kelly and I went to Dave and Busters last night and had a lot of fun. I scored big on some ticket games and ended up with around 4500 for the night :D When I went to turn them in I saw that they had Gears of War for Xbox 360 for 7950 tickets. Kelly graciously chipped in her tickets and got it for me :) Whoo hoo!

Tomorrow (monday) is my last day here, sadly. I really had a good time being here and hanging out. I kinda miss this place actually. Not Michigan so much but just this place here and my parents and all my old friends. I didn't get to demolition derby any old cars with Rob this time, but I think he's got a plan for one next month sometime. Awesome! I'll see if I can get some video's from our past Junker Auto Destructocons.

Believe it or not, I don't actually want to come back just yet.
